Welcome to the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences (FEAS). Since its foundation in 1957 FEAS has contributed to social sciences and become a renowned institution both nationally and internationally. Our Faculty offers a variety of different programs through its four active departments: Department of Economics, Department of International Relations, Department of Business Administration, and Department of Political Science and Public Administration. The aim of these programs is to provide the students a general background in the specialization areas of the departments and to equip them with tools of economics and administrative sciences in preparation for professional life. The Faculty also offers several service courses to the students of other faculties and departments in the areas of economics and administrative sciences. The Faculty and its Departments, in collaboration with the Graduate School of Social Sciences, also conduct several masters and doctoral programs in various specialization areas. Some of these graduate programs are interdisciplinary in nature and are being offered jointly with other Departments of the University such as Gender and Women's Studies, Urban Policy Planning and Local Governments, and Science and Technology Policy, Euroasian Studies, Media and Cultural Studies, Middle East Studies and Financial Mathematics Program.

With a total of 85 members the Faculty is also involved in research and consultancy activities besides education. Our faculty members are contributing to the accumulation of knowledge in their areas of specialty through publications in national and international domains. There are several research centers connected with the Faculty which conduct theoretical and applied research and consultancy services in economics, international relations, management, political science and public administration issues. Center for European Studies under the umbrella of the Faculty is participated by the faculty members and other interested academics from different departments. Currently active other departmental research centers are as follows: Management and Administration Research Center; Economic Research Center; Center For International Relations and Regional Studies; and Center for Public Policy and Urban Research. The Faculty is also experienced and involved in international projects and programs such as Erasmus, Socrates, UNESCO, and UNDP programs and World Bank Projects in which collaboration with several international universities and institutes are established. The Faculty is interested in such international collaborative projects and new projects are always supported.

With an understanding of social responsibility our faculty members also actively participate in social projects in various areas. With a commitment in reaching our students through contemporary and up to date education technologies, our Faculty provides facilities and also supports the students through many social and cultural activities at the Faculty and the University levels.
